I have been offering clinical supervision and consultation since 2018. I have provided consultation and supervision to therapists at all stages of their career, from graduate school to retirement. Most of my work has been with therapists and counsellors who specialize in working with survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and all forms of domestic violence (intimate partner violence, child abuse, elder abuse). 

I help therapists work through specific cases, including case conceptualization, intervention planning, and skill-building. I also go beyond specific cases to support therapists to invest in themselves as professionals, developing their therapeutic voice and style and overall skill base. At all times, I focus on ethical practice and on the well-being of the client and the therapist. 

I offer one-time clinical consultation and packages for ongoing clinical consultation.

I offer feminist, trauma-informed women’s self defence training through Wen-Do Women’s Self Defence. Workshops range from 1 hour – 2 full days. 

Wen-Do Women's Self Defence is available to women and girls (trans-inclusive) aged 10+. It is designed to be accessible for all fitness and ability levels.

I work with the Trauma Resolution Centre to offer psychotherapy to survivors of all forms of abuse. My practice is rooted in my understanding of abuse logic and dynamics, and how they impact individuals, families, and communities. My primary modalities are Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I also integrate themes from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
